Devilled Prawn Curry

Tiger prawns simmered in a fragrant blend of coconut milk, lemongrass, pandan and local spices. Served with red rice.

Egg Hoppers with Pol Sambol

Crispy fermented rice-flour bowl with a nestled egg, served with coconut relish and seeni sambol. A Sri Lankan morning classic.

Grilled Catch of the Day

Fresh-caught fish from local fishermen, grilled with herbs and served with roasted vegetables and lemon butter.

Rice & Curry Banquet

A traditional Sri Lankan spread of seven curries, papadum, pickles and chutneys — our most popular lunch option.

Watalappam Dessert

Traditional Sri Lankan coconut custard pudding made with jaggery, cardamom, and cashews. A sweet island classic.

Ceylon High Tea

An afternoon spread of sandwiches, scones, local sweets and a pot of finest single-estate Ceylon tea. Available daily at 4 PM.
